Mount Charles School Hosts South West Primary School Improvement Network

Mount Charles School hosted the South West Primary School Improvement Network.

Mount Charles School was delighted to host the latest meeting of the South West Primary School Improvement Network, welcoming school leaders and education professionals from across the region for an afternoon of sharing best practice.

The event, part of Regional Improvement for Standards and Excellence (RISE) network programme, brought together representatives from primary schools across Cornwall and the South West. It provided a valuable opportunity to focus on school improvement priorities, strengthen professional networks and explore strategies to enhance outcomes for learners.

Mount Charles School was proud to open its doors and showcase its welcoming learning environment. Attendees had the opportunity to see the school in action and benefit from thoughtful conversations with colleagues from a range of settings.

Mount Charles School's Headteacher, Sarah Simpson said:
“We were honoured to host the South West Primary School Improvement Network and to welcome colleagues from across the region. Working together in this way is vital in ensuring that all schools continue to develop and provide the very best education for children.”

Feedback from attendees was extremely positive, with many highlighting the value of professional dialogue and the opportunity to learn from one another in a supportive setting.

Mount Charles School would like to thank all those who attended and contributed to the success of the event. The school looks forward to continuing its involvement with the network and supporting collaborative approaches to school improvement across the South West.
