    Finalist in Payroll Awards

CELT’s Helen Littler has been named a finalist for the Brightest Beginnings Award at the CIPP Annual Excellence Awards.

CELT is delighted to share that Helen Littler, Payroll and Compliance Lead, was selected as a finalist for the Brightest Beginnings Award at this year’s Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) Annual Excellence Awards.

Helen attended the prestigious awards ceremony in recognition of her exceptional achievements and contributions within the payroll field. Her nomination came from her apprenticeship provider, MBKB, who highlighted her remarkable progress and dedication throughout her Level 5 Payroll Assistant Manager apprenticeship.

During her apprenticeship, Helen demonstrated a forward-thinking and proactive approach to problem-solving, most notably through the development and implementation of a new absence tracker, which has enhanced operations and team efficiency across CELT.

Helen’s commitment to continuous improvement and innovation exemplifies CELT’s values, and her recognition as a finalist reflects the positive impact of her work on both colleagues and the wider organisation.

“We’re incredibly proud of everything Helen has accomplished, her dedication, and professionalism make her an invaluable member of our team, and this recognition is thoroughly well-deserved.”

    Leanne Randall, People Services Lead

Congratulations to Helen on this outstanding achievement and for representing CELT on a national stage.
