Staff Wellbeing Services

People are at the centre of what we are and what we do.  Promoting and supporting employee wellbeing is a fundamental part of CELT's People Strategy.

Creating a welcoming and inclusive environment in which every member of our community can thrive and reach their full potential goes hand in hand with our mission to help every child achieve more, regardless of the challenges they may face.

At Cornwall Education Learning Trust, we are committed to placing staff wellbeing and mental health at the heart of our decision making.

We will encourage staff to make positive choices for their own wellbeing and create an environment where staff feel supported throughout their career.
